Not bad at all.

Pros:
-You put effort into this.
-The cinematic effects weren't bad.
Cons:
-Too much tweened.
-The guns were way out of proportion with the soldiers.
-The movements of the soldiers needs work.

yeah, I prefer using the brush rather than the pencil thing...its just not free enough.

You did put effort into this, but...

Work on everything. Animation, brush, art etc. Clean up the brush drawings and lose the spinning text (which got really annoying). You have the ideas, just work on the presentation.
